HOW TO BEGIN

Four steps.
Then your first “hi”.

Your account is on the website.
Your conversations are in the app.

01

Sign-up.

Create an account with your email and a password, or with Google. It takes a minute, and you can do it on your phone.

02

The app for Windows.

Download Chaters in your account, under App. Open it and choose Sign in — your browser opens so you can confirm. If the browser doesn’t open, you can get a one-time code in the same section.

Windows 10 / 11

03

Profile check.

A short check in the app confirms you’re 18 or older. Once it’s approved, payouts open. Good lighting and a working camera help — the app guides you through the rest.

04

Conversations and payouts.

You talk with one person in a private video call. “Next” lets you meet someone else. Paid conversation minutes earn you points.

100 points = $1. You can withdraw from $50 in your account on the website; the 20% fee is shown before you confirm. Payouts arrive in 1–3 business days to Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum or TON.

IF SOMETHING ISN’T WORKING

Let’s sort it out.

Windows shows a warning

Windows sometimes warns about new apps that few people have downloaded yet. Make sure the file came from chaters.live. If Windows blocks it, please don’t turn off your protection — write to us and we’ll help you install it.

The camera or microphone isn’t working

Pick the right camera and microphone in the app settings. Check that Windows allows access to them. Close other apps that use the camera, then open Chaters again.

The app shows a connection error

Check your internet connection and restart Chaters. If it happens again, note the message and the time — it helps us help you.

The app won’t sign me in

Choose Sign in in the app again and confirm in your browser. If the browser doesn’t open, go to My account → App on the website and get a one-time code. It works for 5 minutes — please don’t share it with anyone.

The profile check is still in review

You can see the status in the app and in your account. Usually it just takes a little time. If you’re asked to try again, the app will show you what to do.
